What the Heck? Wednesday- Quality Stamps

Another quirky thing here in the Bahamas is that we have “Quality Stamps” at the grocery store.  You get a stamp for every $10 you spend.  You put 12 stamps to a sheet and then each sheet is a voucher for a dollar.

It reminds me of Green Stamps.  My mom wasn’t that into them, but I remember thinking that the new sets of dishes and silverware sure were fancy!

I like to save the Quality Stamps up and then use them all at once.  I think I ended up with 35 today.  Yes, we spend a ton of money on groceries here!
